Here we are breaking another law with Hollie driving of course!! The debacle starts with us running through the stop sign at the border. Our friendly border patrol employee asked us so many questions and started out really unpleasant we were taken back remember it’s early after having more then 1 beverage at a bar! We quickly realized it wasn’t a good sign when he kept our ID’s and passport and asked us to park the car and come in for further questioning. Settle down all, it’s apparently routine at this time of day, we were soon released after about 30 minutes of questioning and they fully searched the car. Sarah the only question he had for us when he came back was why we had so many dvds, a rug and potpourri for our 8 day roadtrip or roadtrick if your Cat. Sarah now we know what’s in the tub!
So you're looking for adventure right? And you're driving through the western part of the US right? Just remember that Thelma and Louise didn't make it when they went off that cliff :)

ReplyDeleteI was wrong about you all not getting in trouble again with the law again on this trip. Hopefully, no ticket was written for going thru the stop sign! How did you all explain Astrid's ashes to the police???
